The BMW X3 M40i G01 has gotten a new muffler, which enhances the sound. The tail pipes are available in the dimensions 4×90 mm or 4×100 mm in carbon or black.
In addition, a manual flap control was installed in the X3 M40i G01. This creates an unmistakable sound that gives the car more presence.
